Hello, I am Remya Krishnakripa, a Career Development Coach evolved from an enriching background of  IT Corporate Agile Management and Leadership. Through my coaching organization - SilverRay Global, I am aiming to serve the world with the powerful process of 'Coaching'.

We work with corporate professionals to fast-track their career growth to achieve a stress-free and fulfilling career, the one that they thrive, enjoy and have successful financial growth. Career pivot is my specialization where I help clients to transform their career, live their dream life, achieve it within few months of time.

Coaching is a wonderful art that support clients to find answers for their concerns or problems by themselves, and thereby bring out the best potential in them.  My coaching ethics hails from the credentialing process of International Coaching Federation (ICF), where I am pursuing Level 2 PCC.
